I paid for a 2-year personal account at the end of last year.
After using it for just one month, the account got suspended. When I contacted support, they told me they’d give me a refund and asked me to subscribe again. I said okay and agreed.
However, they issued the refund in store credits, and even though I had paid for 2 years and only used one month, they only refunded about half the amount.
I didn't want to deal with the hassle, so I just thought, "Whatever, I'm just unlucky," and paid an extra $14 or so on top of the credits to get a 1-year subscription.
A month later, it got suspended again. LOL.
They told me to wait 4–5 days, but it’s been 3 weeks now. Every time I ask when it’ll be restored, they just repeat the same thing: "We'll refund you, so just pay again."
After paying for a year and getting a refund, I’d actually have to pay more out of pocket just to get a 6-month plan.
This company is absolute garbage.
I got so fed up that I just cancelled and switched to a monthly plan.
You see a lot of people on blogs promoting "referral discounts," but if you use their ID, all it does is extend their subscription by 10 days.
Please, do yourself a favor and never use Gamsgo
