You pay for a service, the service is deliver, but of course the services are shared accounts, they need to verify you.
You got verify, by a code or they add you, and looks fine for maybe one or two days max.
Then you got kicked out or doesn't work, they send you or another account or another verification.
And work just that time, this process is daily and into they local times. Repeat this all the time.
So is annoying, to do it and reach them all the time.
But when you got the order in status completed, your money is gone and they dont answer you again, at the beginning they answer, but asap you got this status. Bye money is how they work, so avoid to lose your money.
I paid for a 2-year personal account at the end of last year.
After using it for just one month, the account got suspended. When I contacted support, they told me they’d give me a refund and asked me to subscribe again. I said okay and agreed.
However, they issued the refund in store credits, and even though I had paid for 2 years and only used one month, they only refunded about half the amount.
I didn't want to deal with the hassle, so I just thought, "Whatever, I'm just unlucky," and paid an extra $14 or so on top of the credits to get a 1-year subscription.
A month later, it got suspended again. LOL.
They told me to wait 4–5 days, but it’s been 3 weeks now. Every time I ask when it’ll be restored, they just repeat the same thing: "We'll refund you, so just pay again."
After paying for a year and getting a refund, I’d actually have to pay more out of pocket just to get a 6-month plan.
This company is absolute garbage.
I got so fed up that I just cancelled and switched to a monthly plan.
You see a lot of people on blogs promoting "referral discounts," but if you use their ID, all it does is extend their subscription by 10 days.
Please, do yourself a favor and never use Gamsgo
They sold me a free subscription, they don't answer the chat, it takes a long time for them to respond, and when they do, they close the chat and didn't give me a refund.
I purchased a Gemini Pro subscription, but the account was blocked in less than a month. It hasn't even been 30 days, and I can no longer use the service I paid for. This is completely unreliable and a waste of money. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I will never use this service again and strongly recommend others to avoid it.

However, the customer support was very fast to respond and provided a pre-paid shared account so I could use the service immediately. They also gave me a 50% credit refund as compensation. Very satisfied with their responsible handling of the situation.
I had auto-renewal set up. After 1st month, the money was deducted, but my subscription wasn't extended. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed they couldn't renew it and would only refund me after deducting a $4 fee. Seriously? Keeping a fee when the failure to renew was entirely their mistake? That's robbery. Stay away from GamsGo."
