Firstly, their unwillingness to adjust subscription prices. i.e. A current discounted $69 rate was honored instead of a $99.99, but for the 2026 year?! Makes no sense. In their policies, it says that they can make an exception. For whatever reason though they won't. I'm done with them. All of the news from them is so biasedly tilted anyways.
