Pure scum.There IS NO CANCEL METHOD ONLINE, IVE BEEN LOOKING(when I could still access the account, that is, which is now not even possible), though they claim there is yet go dead silent when asked where.I've been UNABLE to cancel for 3 months now (heading into the 4th), and despite filing charge backs these pos continue to bill rather than cancel an OBVIOUSLY unwanted "service". I have NO ACCESS to my sign-up phone or email so it looks like CANCELLING MY DEBIT CARD is the length I'll have to go to stop being raped by these swine.I've *TRIED* explaining the situation to their "customer service" via email but they flat out REFUSE to cooperate, opting instead to keep billing, knowing damn well that I've reached out MULTIPLE TIMES AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, TO CANCEL. ITS BEEN MADE EXCEEDINGLY CLEAR THAT I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, DO NOT USE IT, AND DON'T WANT IT, YET *STILL* THE CHARGES COME THROUGH.ALL THE WHILE THAT THEYRE BILLING/RAPING, I WAS SIMULTANEOUSLY RECEIVING NOTICE FROM THEM THAT THE PAYMENT METHOD IS DECLINED (BEFORE LOSING EMAIL ACCESS) EVEN THOUGH I CAN SEE THE FUNDS WERE ***SUCCESSFULLY DEDUCTED***. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON ***MULTIPLE UNWELCOME BILLING OCCASIONS***.APPARENTLY, REVOKING AUTHORIZATION MEANS ***NOTHING TO THESE DISGUSTING PIGS***.When emailing them screenshots of the charges, their LAME EXCUSE was "we don't have the manpower to view screenshots" and apparently that was supposed to be an acceptable resolution. 🙄 Unfortunately, I see that there's not enough people here standing up for themselves to warrant a reply from these sows so a fair and satisfactory resolution seems Highly Unlikely.
