I returned the item using the provided QR code, and the tracking shows it was delivered on 29.12.25. Yet, I haven't received any confirmation of its receipt or processing. I've tried contacting the support team via live chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone, but have hit a wall with no response except for a generic email. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I'm quite frustrated and anxious about my refund. I might have to dispute this with my bank.
