Challenging return process

I placed my order during Black Friday weekend, which is supposed to have extended returns until 6.1.25. I returned the item using the QR code, and tracking shows it was delivered on 29.12.25. However, I haven't received any confirmation about its receipt or processing. I've reached out to the support team through various channels but have encountered a total lack of response, only getting a generic email. I typically avoid leaving negative feedback, but this situation is very frustrating and I'm concerned about my refund. I may have to dispute this with my bank.

Unsatisfactory after-sales support

Poor delivery and customer service experience

I ordered a bag on 15/12 for a Christmas gift for my daughter. It was eventually delivered on 7/1, which is much longer than the expected 3-5 business days. Now my daughter is back in the UK, and I can't get it to her without incurring additional costs. I will have to return it at my own expense, and it's pricier for her to buy in the UK. The delivery and customer service are not satisfactory. I've emailed three times and can't get through by phone.

Disappointing service despite previous purchases

I've bought items from this company many times through various retailers. I ordered two items at the end of September for Christmas gifts for my daughter directly from the website. Unfortunately, they weren't suitable, so I requested an exchange or credit note since I was outside the 14-day return period. The company refused, even though I clearly intended to spend the credit with them. I would expect a major retailer to be more flexible, especially around Christmas, but it seems they are not. My advice is to avoid purchasing directly from them.

Disappointing experience overall

This has been a disappointing experience all around. I ordered a hat for my sister-in-law for Christmas, which she wanted for a ski trip. The delivery cost €20 and was supposed to take 3-5 days, but it's been over a month and the parcel still hasn't arrived. Living abroad makes online shopping crucial for sending gifts, and my sister-in-law ended up with no present for Christmas. I've emailed multiple times with no reply and tried calling without any response. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this service at all.

Expensive and slow service

The shipping and returns are overpriced and slow for New Zealand. I'm still waiting for my refund and there's no way to contact a real person; only AI responses are available.

Received incorrect shoes

I used to be a customer, but after ordering shoes online, I received the wrong pair. I've tried to reach out via email and WhatsApp, but no one has responded. When I went to a store, the salesperson couldn't help because it might affect the store's inventory. What about the customer? It's absurd; I won't purchase anything from them again. Non-compliance with consumer regulations

The customer service is appalling. I returned goods on 3/12 using the QR code provided. I followed up on 16/12 with proof of purchase, as required by consumer regulations, which state that refunds should be processed within 14 days after proof of purchase, even if the seller hasn't received the goods. I've sent further emails and social media messages requesting to escalate my complaint. On 22/12, customer service responded that they must wait for the carrier to update or declare the parcel lost before processing my refund. This company is failing to comply with consumer regulations and withholding my refund, despite my proof of purchase.
