This has been a disappointing experience all around. I ordered a hat for my sister-in-law for Christmas, which she wanted for a ski trip. The delivery cost €20 and was supposed to take 3-5 days, but it's been over a month and the parcel still hasn't arrived. Living abroad makes online shopping crucial for sending gifts, and my sister-in-law ended up with no present for Christmas. I've emailed multiple times with no reply and tried calling without any response. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this service at all.
