I ordered a bag on 15/12 for a Christmas gift for my daughter. It was eventually delivered on 7/1, which is much longer than the expected 3-5 business days. Now my daughter is back in the UK, and I can't get it to her without incurring additional costs. I will have to return it at my own expense, and it's pricier for her to buy in the UK. The delivery and customer service are not satisfactory. I've emailed three times and can't get through by phone.
