The customer service is appalling. I returned goods on 3/12 using the QR code provided. I followed up on 16/12 with proof of purchase, as required by consumer regulations, which state that refunds should be processed within 14 days after proof of purchase, even if the seller hasn't received the goods. I've sent further emails and social media messages requesting to escalate my complaint. On 22/12, customer service responded that they must wait for the carrier to update or declare the parcel lost before processing my refund. This company is failing to comply with consumer regulations and withholding my refund, despite my proof of purchase.
