I am appalled by the complete lack of quality control and accountability in my recent experience. I received a sweater with a massive hole in the center, shipped in visibly damaged packaging. The quality is terrible—it blows my mind that such an obvious defect was ignored, and this broken item was sent to a customer. Adding insult to injury, other items from my order remain undelivered.Weeks of communication have yielded no resolution. Instead of taking responsibility, your company shifts blame to customers and couriers while making excuses. This is utterly unacceptable from a brand that claims to value its customers.This ordeal has been exhausting and has completely eroded my trust in your ability to deliver quality products or handle issues professionally. I expect immediate action to resolve this matter. If no resolution is provided promptly, I will share my experience publicly to warn others.
