I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order in good faith, only to receive a damaged sweater with a huge hole in the center, as clearly shown in the photos I provided to customer service. To make matters worse, other items from my order were missing.The sweater was shipped in a plastic bag with obvious damage, yet it was still sent to me. How can a company ignore such blatant defects and ship them to customers? This shows a lack of quality control and accountability.Despite weeks of back-and-forth communication, there has been no resolution. The company keeps delaying with excuses, shifting blame to the customer and courier instead of taking responsibility for the incomplete and defective order.I expect better from a supposedly reputable company. This has been an exhausting process, and I’ve lost trust in their ability to deliver quality products or handle customer issues professionally. I would caution others to think twice before ordering.
