I placed my order during Black Friday weekend, which is supposed to have extended returns until 6.1.25. I returned the item using the QR code, and tracking shows it was delivered on 29.12.25. However, I haven't received any confirmation about its receipt or processing. I've reached out to the support team through various channels but have encountered a total lack of response, only getting a generic email. I typically avoid leaving negative feedback, but this situation is very frustrating and I'm concerned about my refund. I may have to dispute this with my bank.
