Initially, I was quite unhappy with the service. I placed an order in October and still haven't received it as of December 22. I've been given the runaround, being told it was returned despite confirming my address multiple times. This has happened four times, and it's exhausting. I wanted to talk to a real person, but there was no contact number available. However, after posting my first review this morning, I managed to speak with a representative, and it seems the issue is being addressed. I initially rated them one star due to my frustration with this order. I've ordered from them before without problems and was pleased with the product. The item I ordered for Christmas is truly impressive. Once this issue is resolved, I plan to order more. I genuinely believe this is a five-star company.
