When I first saw the Garage Door buddy Cover advertise on Facebook I was very impressed and a lot of the comments were very positive actually most all of them were positive so I ordered the Halloween Garage Door, buddy Cover, and was truly blown away. It is just magnificent easy to install, and I was so impressed with it that I ordered the Santa Garage Door Buddy cover and again was just blown away so many of our neighbors commented about it and where they could get it so when I ordered the Santa Garage Door, but I also ordered the patriotic and that will go up on the Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day and other military celebration just in time for our 250th anniversary of the United States
When I install my garage door, buddy, I opened up the door to the garage and I got a ladder and I cleaned the top edge of the garage door and then I put the Velcro down. I even installed one for our neighbor in the winter and use the heat to warm up the garage door and it worked great. I do this because you can’t see the Velcro when the Cover and Garage Door go down.
Ordering was simple and delivery came in timely manner. Easy to install and looks so good. We had the Santa Workshop and Santa with red truck on our 3 door garage. It made our house look awesome and a great holiday spirit look.
We had people walk by our house and stop to take selfies with Santa and the Red Truck. Was so cute! So fun! Loved it so much, I ordered the Fourth of July Garage Buddy too. Highly recommend.
Very happy with my Garage Buddy! Great quality, easy to install and stores nicely. It stood up to our windy prarie winter weather just fine! When I ordered, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed immediately and Garage Buddy replied promptly, and corrected my order,even refunding the difference! Highly recommend and will be ordering for other occasions :)
I was very reluctant about the ease of installation and also about the quality of the product. The installation truly could not have been easier. We chose the hidden method so you weren't able to see the velcro on the garage door because that was important to me. The quality and appearance was perfection! We received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. Would order again in a heartbeat!
I bought a garage buddy for Halloween. Everyone who saw it thought it was amazing. I then ordered the Santa’s workshop one for Christmas and 2 of the door covers. Once again they were great. About a week before Christmas we got heavy winds and one of the bungee straps ripped off the garage door cover which is 7x18. The strap was ruined and no way to reattach it as the elasticize stretchy part was all frayed and ruined. I wrote an email and sent pictures asking If they sell replacement straps and telling them the situation. Which I believe we should have known better to take it down with it being so windy but we also had high winds during the time we had our Halloween one up and that was fine. I also gave them my opinion that for a cover that large, maybe a middle strap should be added. They messaged back within hours and said that they were sorry this happened and that they would send me replacement straps, which I was grateful for. This morning a whole new garage buddy cover showed up at my door! My husband and I are very pleased and happy as we were only expecting the straps. I highly, highly recommend the garage buddy to anyone who is on the fence about getting one. Not only are they an amazing accessory for any occasion and great quality but their customer service is top notch! Thank you Garage Buddy from very satisfied customers in New Brunswick Canada
Unfortunately, we couldn't showcase the item this year due to a late arrival. The order was placed on time, so I reached out to the support team for an update, and I was impressed by their prompt response. They offered and processed a refund. A few days later, the item arrived, and when I inquired about returning it, they allowed me to keep it. I’m excited to display it next year. Customer service deserves a 5-star rating. Since I couldn't fully enjoy the product, my overall rating is 4.5 stars. Upon inspection, the quality of the material appears to be quite good.
Initially, I was quite unhappy with the service. I placed an order in October and still haven't received it as of December 22. I've been given the runaround, being told it was returned despite confirming my address multiple times. This has happened four times, and it's exhausting. I wanted to talk to a real person, but there was no contact number available. However, after posting my first review this morning, I managed to speak with a representative, and it seems the issue is being addressed. I initially rated them one star due to my frustration with this order. I've ordered from them before without problems and was pleased with the product. The item I ordered for Christmas is truly impressive. Once this issue is resolved, I plan to order more. I genuinely believe this is a five-star company.
I am completely satisfied with my festive garage decoration! A neighbor even inquired if it was a mural on my door! The installation was straightforward and it doesn't obstruct the door's movement. Excellent customer support. I also bought a floodlight that illuminates the whole large garage door, making it visible to everyone from the street at night. I would love to share a photo, but I can't find an option to upload it.
After some convincing from my wife, I decided to purchase one of these for Halloween, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The quality is outstanding, and we noticed no fading even after three weeks of use. I was careful during the installation, and it really showed—there were no creases or flapping, and it fit perfectly. I'm already planning to get another one for Christmas!
Fantastic results! I used two 8'x9' wreaths for my garage doors. It took me around 30 minutes instead of just 5 because my garage doors are quite high, requiring a step stool. However, the setup was really simple, and they looked amazing right away. From a distance, they almost appear lifelike. Definitely worth the investment!
