I tried to exchange two tops (tags on, unworn) for a larger size, but was denied because one was final sale and the other was purchased before Christma, but we gave it to my daughter for her bday in February. I understand store policies, but it seems unreasonable to refuse a simple size exchange. Now I have $60 worth of brand new clothes my daughter can’t wear.
Really disappointed with Garage’s customer service and lack of accountability. My daughter bought a pair of joggers, and after one wash the legs became completely uneven. When I contacted the store, the manager refused to help and claimed nothing could be done unless the tags were still on. That’s absurd — you can’t discover a defect without wearing or washing the item.A quick look online shows many customers reporting the same issue, yet Garage still won’t stand behind their products. If a company is willing to take your money, they should be willing to address quality problems too. Hard to justify shopping here when customer respect and product quality clearly aren’t priorities.
