Review Time
This isn't the first time, so this time I really want to point it out, but there are absolutely no friendly staff members at the Pacific Center store in Vancouver. I'm not asking to be slapped on the back like I'm a friend. But responding to hello and goodbye seems like basic courtesy. Even at the checkout, you're constantly met with rudeness and the feeling that you're bothering them. Frankly, it's a real drag to go to that store.
I purchased a puffer jacket and it ripped. got in touch with them in november 2025 and they replaced i with a new one. in novemer 11 2025 well replacement one also ripped in 5 spots, sowed the rips up and contacted them. Being that is was 3 months after i received the coat they refused to exchange the funds. i send pictures and found out today they will not refund the jacket. i had read of others having trouble with the puffer jacket so do not purchase. poor material.
The description of items is accurate and can be trusted. Received clothing exactly as expected. Also, when purchasing items on sale, I always knew how many items were left with the codes next to the size (red dot = not many items left!), no bad surprises after payment saying their item was no longer in stock. As I experienced with other brands’ application. I also appreciate the combination of Dynamite and Garage orders.
Terrible customer service! I received a sweatshirt as a holiday gift. I noticed that the stitching was crooked on part of it but I thought it would be fine. Unfortunately it ripped after wearing it once. I chatted with customer service and they said because it was ordered in November (even though I didn't open the gift until December) and because the tag was removed, they could not help me. For the price of their products, I would expect much better cusomter service! I will never shop here again.UPDATE 3/10/26: I emailed customer service as recommended in their response to my review. After sending pictures of the damage, they "escalated" my concern. The "escalation" person Joel (Customer Care Expert Supervisor according to his email signature) said there is nothing they can do because the original tag was removed and they cannot confirm it was defective. I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. This brand does not stand by their products and they will not help you if the product is defective. They are not following their own policy for defective items as stated in the FAQ on their website. Next up, I will contact the credit card company and BBB.
