Although I didn't need it in the end as I got a crous accommodation, the process to apply was fast, simple and easy to navigate. The the refund process was just as fast! The customer service was great and if I ever do need a guarantor this will be the first place I go!

We had found an apartment that seemed a good fit for us. After the viewing, we expressed our interest in it and sent along our dossier. After several days, we heard back from the agency with a request--they wanted Garantme as our guarantor, not the one we had chosen. We immediately started the Garantme process and in well less than a day, we had our certificate from Garantme, which we then forwarded to the agency. Et voila! Thanks, Garantme!
