I'm reading these reviews from others and can only say, Helpful Lending has been here for me when I needed extra money fast. Like any debt, read what your getting into and borrow responsibly I will continue to borrow as I need and pay back what you borrow. I'm an so glad to have found these people, I'm sure I will be using them again.
I was very disappointed. This is my third loan, and because I didn't wait 4 days to reapply, which was not told to me by the customer service rep. I did not receive the amount of money that I needed to fix the issue. I do not know if I will use helpful lending again. Because customer service Did not devolve information.I should have had and I was in much need of a bigger loan than what they gave me up until this point I was very pleased with help lending.
These people are crooks. They forgot to take out their own payments and then called me a month later saying I owed them all the back pay and interest so on top of my 500$ loan they wanted to add 350 more instead of accepting responsibility for their own mistake! Run!! It’s a scam they will get you owing more than you came for….
I was initially informed that I was approved for a $2,000 loan, and I was then asked to provide my banking information—something I was hesitant to do. After placing me on hold, the representative returned and abruptly stated that I was denied. This experience raises serious concerns about the integrity and legitimacy of this company.How do you tell someone they are approved, collect their sensitive banking details, and then come back and say they’ve been denied? That is not only misleading, but also unacceptable.I will be reporting this incident to the U.S. Department of Justice for further investigation, as well as notifying my attorney’s office. Others should be cautious and aware of this company’s questionable practice
