I applied for Guarant once and got the certificate very soon that time. But later that property was cancelled so I also cancelled Guarant me. It’s such a waste of time, and it’s not professional at all. I believe I am not the only Chinese using this, your team definitely needs to be familiar with this. I spent so much time. but your team just didn’t bother to review and keep calling me faking my documents, even told the property I was booking so. Then I opened a new account, using my dad’s information to guarante me. It took him a lot of time to ran to the bank in China, but what did Garant Me do? And I don’t like the promotion emails and phones everyday once I opened an account and filled in the number
