If I could give zero stars, I would. This service is a rip-off and fails to honor its commitments. I bought their trimmer head, which turned out to be poorly made and not worth the inferior plastic it’s made from. I tried to return it for a refund as promised in their material—"full refunds given if not satisfied"—but they don’t even reply to emails, let alone issue refunds. A scam to avoid. Terrible service.
