I would give zero stars if I could. This service has proven to be a scam. I ordered a 3m x 3m UV sunblock canopy for €46.95 in early October and by the end of November, I still hadn't received anything. I reached out via email but received no response. By the end of December, I still had nothing. After sending another email with no reply, I finally received an emergency aluminum foil blanket worth about €2. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.

Only half of the very fake solar-powered sunflower was included. The quality is so poor that it will wilt in the sun and/or break with a gentle breeze. Absolutely disappointing. They claim to be located in the United Kingdom, but they are actually based in China.
There is another company with a similar name, so please ensure you have the correct spelling. I ordered some gardening equipment from them and mistakenly ordered two other items. I realized immediately after the purchase and contacted them right away. There has been no response and no products received. Be cautious when dealing with this service.

I bought their trimmer head, which turned out to be poorly made and not worth the inferior plastic it’s made from. I tried to return it for a refund as promised in their material—"full refunds given if not satisfied"—but they don’t even reply to emails, let alone issue refunds. A scam to avoid. Terrible service.
This service needs to be closed down. I ordered a gardening tool for use between paving slabs last November. I've reached out multiple times with no replies. This week I only received the wheels, with nothing else included. They have once again failed to respond.
