I have bought 2 robot mowers and wait to see if one or both need to go back. I can contact their German based customer service line who pass my query onto the robotic team in the UK. At this point I get no service. I have spent hours trying to get this to work. I have even sent direct messages to people on LinkedIn in customer service. I really wanted this product to work but seeing all the other 1 star reviews I have little hope and don’t expect a reply. I’ll get a refund on both next week if this does not change.
