Review Time
My Gardena stopped working last month - the transformer/power cord blew. Was told I would be shipped a new one when they were back in stock on 9/8. I just spent a baffling hour on the phone with them asking for an update - finally they told me the transformers did not come in, they don't know when they'll come in and confirmed they are not available from any other source. Meanwhile, my mower is sitting there completely worthless while my grass grows . . .
Absolutely horrible customer service. 2 articles were delivered at the same time but in 2 different packages. Picked 1 up, pick-up shop returned the other, never got my money back and no chance to contact customer service. Do not do this to yourself.
Following finding my automatic watering hose reel was breaking away from its fixing I contacted Gardena for advice whereupon they immediately replied requesting some information and pictures of the problem. I duly replied and within a day they replied that it was not repairable and to submit a warranty claim. I purchased the hose in 2021 and provided all the relevant details. Again the reply was received in just a few hours and again indicated it was not repairable and they would provide a replacement FOC. To my surprise the replacement arrived two days later. Outstanding customer care and full marks for a company to honour its warranty terms after 4 years of use. It does have a 5 year warranty but I never expected such honesty and can only say they will be my go to provider of any future garden needs Great service and courtesy.
Ordered irrigation system at gardena for 400€ but part of order is not delivered and they refuse to send missing articles.Their customer service is a joke, you can’t call them. They only have service with a form.Have resubmitted form 4 times and every time new person is answering and need I need to resubmit form to explain situation…..Never buy gardena again!!
