Waste of time. Gardena sprinkler leaking and sent a video showing the issue as requested but the image is blurred apparently. However very clear when I view it! Offered to send the sprinkler back for them to check it but not interested. I have just ordered a Hozelock sprinkler as it appears they are trying to encourage me to give up and I have now because this is not good customer service.
