Bought two sheds at the same time. 5 weeks it took for the First shed arrived loads parts missing couldn’t erect the shed. Spoke to customer service said they would send parts out asap.
Nearly 2 weeks later still waiting on spare parts to arrive. So we gone bought wood to finish it off £150. Had to do it as all the stuff out the old shed was in garden under sheet.
Second shed still hasn’t arrived nearly 7 weeks later and just been told another 2 weeks. Customer service I’m sure there not in the UK haven’t a clue. They just don’t care all you get from them is we contact you when it’s ready. Instead of sorry we will reimburse you with this or send this for free.
Shocking service and having spent nearly 2k on two sheds. I would expect better service.
And to add to this.
The shed isn’t as good as you see in the images. Mix match wood. Shed frames wonky. I could go on.
