I’d seen such negative reviews about this company but we upgraded the cabin to 44mm, with double glazing, and it is brilliant quality. My donating by 1 mark is because it took longer than suggested to arrive, but everything is well manufactured and once sealed, it’ll be a solid workshop for my husband to work from, very happy
I ordered a summer house in November 2024 for delivery in January 2025, but it arrived months late. The quality is very poor; it's leaking, smaller than expected, and has gaps around the windows and doors. We hired professionals for the assembly at additional cost, but the company showed no interest in addressing the problems. Despite paying extra for treated and thicker wood, we continue to face issues. We had to seal all joints and coat the roof with bitumen, yet water still seeps in, and there's mold everywhere. The quality is terrible, and this has been the worst experience we've ever had with a company. They seem indifferent to the fact that they are taking hardworking people's savings. It will now cost us thousands to make it waterproof. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. After reading other reviews, it appears that legal action may be the only recourse with this company. We will be reaching out to trading standards and seeking legal advice.
The company does respond when you raise a concern, but since I couldn't provide photos, they seemed uninterested. I purchased a shed for £600, but the quality was disappointing. Some of the timber was subpar and even soaked through, which I had to dry out in my kitchen. I've been unwell, so I've only recently started inspecting the panels. I plan to assemble it soon, but I anticipate issues since the panels and floor are poorly constructed. With over 40 years in the building trade, I believe I can make it look acceptable in the end, but I think this shed is only worth around £450 at most. Best wishes.
I ordered a summerhouse with a delivery estimate of 8 to 10 weeks, but it took 4 months to arrive. When it finally did, it was delivered by one person who carelessly dragged it off the van and dropped it. As I began construction, I discovered I needed 8 additional parts, which were initially promised to arrive in 3 to 5 days. After ordering, the delivery time was extended to 5 to 7 days. A week passed with no updates. When I called for help, I was hung up on twice before finally speaking with someone who informed me that delivery would take even longer. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. The materials feel substandard, the staff has been dishonest, and relying on one person to deliver heavy items is unacceptable. Customer service has been very lacking. I strongly recommend reading reviews before considering spending money here. Currently, I'm in communication with the ombudsman to determine the best course of action and will provide updates as necessary.
The shed was meant to be pressure treated, but some parts were untreated, requiring additional treatment. It arrived in numerous pieces, and it took three people an entire day to assemble. Many components had to be modified since they didn't match the specifications.
I would give this company a zero if I could! I’ve been waiting 16 days for my refund on a canceled order, and they aren’t answering my calls. They’ve given me various excuses about the bank declining my refund, which isn’t true. I’m now pursuing this through my bank and other authorities!
We purchased an insulated garden room in April, and the delivery was severely delayed. When it finally arrived, several parts were missing or damaged. The entire experience has been frustrating, and we are still waiting for parts that keep getting postponed. The structure is not suitable as it leaks due to poor design. I strongly advise against spending money here; we are now seeking a refund.

I strongly recommend anyone considering a purchase from this seller to look elsewhere to avoid unnecessary hassle and stress. After placing my order, which was supposed to arrive in 9 weeks, contacting the business has been impossible! I was directed to an ineffective outsourced call center. After 16 WEEKS of waiting, I lost hope. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
