A Good Experience

Resolved Delivery Problem Quickly

I placed an order which was an easy process. I was provide tracking details for the deliver so was able to track the parcel. On the tracking Royal Mail indicated the parcel was delivered, when it had not been. Even though the issue was with Royal Mail; the Garden Centre team very quickly (within a day) dealt with the delivery error giving me a full refund.
