My claim was first declined because of a detail on the invoice, but after I explained the situation and sent the documents they asked for, they reviewed it again and approved it.

The communication was clear and respectful throughout, and I always felt my case was actually being looked at, not just auto-rejected.

In the end, everything was handled fairly and the full amount was paid.
Very grateful for how it was managed.

now it's cheaper to pay for any damages directly than to pay this premium every year you clowns.
