The online ordering was smooth, and the booking process was quick and automated. Unfortunately, one item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing issue, but the response was excellent. I received a reply to my email within an hour of customer service opening, and a replacement is already on the way. Problems can occur, but how a company resolves them makes me want to shop again. I absolutely would, the service was commendable.
I am very let down by the service. It used to be a premium store, but my last two orders have not met that standard. For the first order, I received a new sofa with a manufacturing defect, and they ran out of fabric for a replacement. I was advised to take the cushions into central London for color matching, leading to a 12-week wait for a new one. The second order for a rug had an estimated delivery of 1-2 weeks, but the day before it was due, I was informed of a 3-4 month delay. Mistakes happen, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.
I ordered a designer floor-standing mirror, and the communication regarding delivery was good. The item arrived on time and was assembled efficiently. However, I later found some damage and submitted a complaint, which received a response the same day with options for resolution. The customer service team was prompt, helpful, and courteous. I was pleased with the outcome and impressed by their professionalism.
I wanted to order a leather sofa and footstool online during a sale, but the system was not cooperating. After previously viewing the items in-store, I called for assistance. The representative guided me through the process, including the interest-free option, and the items were ordered easily. Great job!
I ordered a rug which was supposed to be delivered on October 17. Like others, I was notified of a delay until December 1. Then, I was told it was out for delivery on December 7. After finally speaking to someone, I was informed they wanted to deliver it on January 5, which felt coincidental. I’m sure the rug is nice, but I canceled my order as I lost faith in the company's commitment to delivering it.
