I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Garden Deals Direct to think twice.I ordered a bin store with a stated delivery timeframe of 5–7 working days. By working day 10, having received no updates, I emailed the company, my email was completely ignored. On working day 12, I called to chase the order and was told I would receive tracking details within two days. That never happened.I called again on working day 15 and was given the exact same response, that tracking would be sent within two days. During this call I spoke to a staff member, who was extremely rude and dismissive, and simply told me I could cancel the order if I wasn’t happy rather than addressing the issue.After waiting another three days with no tracking or communication, I called again on working day 19 and was told that management were “looking into it” and that I would receive a call back by the end of the day. Unsurprisingly, no call ever came.By working day 21 I called again and spoke to another member of staff, who was equally dismissive. Only at this point was I told there had been a delivery issue because parts had not arrived and that it could take up to another two weeks. At no stage had anyone proactively contacted me to explain the delay, apologise, or provide any meaningful update. When I asked whether ignoring customer emails and repeatedly failing to follow up was acceptable, this concern was dismissed and I was again told I could cancel if I wasn’t happy.The customer service has been shocking — poor communication, missed promises, rude staff, and zero accountability. They are happy to take your money, quote delivery times they cannot meet, and then fail to provide even basic updates or courtesy.Avoid this company.
