I ordered a garage door Christmas decoration . the order had a picture of my choice which was correct . however when the parcel arrived it was incorrect , As requested i sent photos of the packaging etc. , they replied that the order was sent correctly . they then offered a $12 compensation . this appears to be a very sloppy follow-up , as a comparison of the ordered [product and the delivered one ) is self evident please supply the one ordered !!!!!!
