Misleading ProcessI made an honest mistake while placing my order and realized it within 10 minutes. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel, well within 24 hours. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the next three days, I received no meaningful help. Instead, I was told the order had already shipped and could not be canceled.This kind of handling is unprofessional and extremely frustrating — especially when I acted quickly to fix the issue. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning the items and paying for return shipping, even though this could have easily been avoided if they had acted promptly.The entire process felt misleading and dismissive. I would not recommend this company based on how they handled my situation.
The bathing suit I ordered was stretched out and did not fit right at all. I've emailed 12 times so far trying to RETURN the suit and all they respond with is "7 USD is really the highest compensation I can give you within my ability." They will not honor my request to return for refund.
I ordered 2 Christmas garage door covers (11/24). I have still not received them (5/25). The total was $119, they charged me $139. They admitted to 'due to an error' of overcharging me. But they still have not reimbursed me for that. They provided a tracking number that I was not able to track. Then they said that it was marked delivered. But it wasn't. They told me to check with my post office. I did but the number was untrackable. Then they provided another tracking number and it showed it was delivered. Now they won't even answer my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I was hyped when it finally arrived after two weeks cuz shipping took a bit longer than Id like. Could use a tad more sturdy material but still pretty chill, glad I snagged this. Quality feels decent and it keeps kids and grown-ups entertained, perfect for reflex training or just killing time.
Overall decent quality and acceptable price point for whats offered. Material feels sturdy but could benefit from more vibrant colors or smoother finishes. Enhancing instructions for clearer gameplay would improve user experience slightly.
I ordered a decorative flower letter for my daughter. On arrival it was damaged and such poor quality. I have had nothing but misleading information from them. I have uploaded the photos as requested and they are yet to issue a full refund.This organisation is dreadful. Do not order from them. A one star does not suffice.
