POSSIBLY A SCAM! I ordered a Christmas item on November 19th. Today is December 13th, and I have still not received it. On top of this, my order clearly states that the total was $58.79. However, now I see that I was charged $73.49. I have contacted the customer support multiple times. At this point I’m requesting a refund. It’s now December 27th and still no package or refund!
