Regarding my order for a Christmas tree, it hasn’t arrived as promised. My complaint to the sales team has gone unanswered, and replies take forever. The tree still hasn’t been delivered, which has deprived my granddaughter of the joy of decorating before Christmas. This is entirely unacceptable, especially considering the price of nearly £60. There’s a clear lack of customer care.
