I ordered a tree and a delicate pot plant. They were packed together loosely ! and I received a shrivelled and broken plant with the soil scattered every where.
No response to my complaint and asking for replacement or refund. They dismissed having responsibility for their bad packing.

It is been 18 days and my parcel is still not fully delivered. There is great range of products and competitive price. But if I am unable to receive on time, the experience stays below average. Helpline responds quickly that it is on the way but with no gurantee of delivery or delivery date. My order was gift for my sister's birthday which passed almost a week ago. What i will do with left over delivery now. My experience ruined!

Disappointing Christmas tree purchase.

The Christmas tree I received was extremely disappointing. It resembled nothing like the one shown in the advertisement. I paid £250 for a ten-foot tree that was poorly shaped. It seemed to have been roughly cut to resemble the advertised version, but the quality was very low. I will not consider buying from this service again.

Tree received in good condition, but shedding needles early

The tree arrived in good shape, but it has been shedding its needles from day one, which is disappointing. I usually don't anticipate this happening so soon—there are literally piles of needles accumulating under the tree each day. It seems like it may have been cut down quite a while ago!

Disheartening experience with my order

I ordered a Christmas tree, but it has not arrived as promised. My complaint to the support team has not yielded any results. Responses take too long, and the tree is still missing. I won’t be ordering from this service again. My granddaughter has missed out on decorating the tree for Christmas because of this delay. This is completely unacceptable. I can’t afford to buy another tree, especially since this one cost nearly £60. There is a clear lack of customer care.

Extremely disappointing order experience

I ordered a pot-grown Christmas tree with a cover, but it arrived muddy, the pot was badly damaged, and it seems to have been taken from the ground and placed in a pot. The cover didn't arrive either. There was no assistance available despite multiple emails. This is completely unacceptable. I have requested a full refund and will not use this service again.

Disastrous delivery and customer support

The delivery was awful, and the customer service experience regarding my Christmas tree was very disappointing. Despite assurances of timely delivery, it was stuck in transit for 10 days. I requested to cancel the order before delivery but was told to reject it instead. They ignored my note, and the tree was delivered anyway. Now, I’m left with a tree I don’t want, no refund or replacement, and £120 lost. I’m very disappointed.
