On 11th September 2025, I paid the company £19.98 for some winter-flowering pansy plants. They never bloomed. Then, on 29th September 2025, I spent £24.97 for two baskets of winter-flowering pansies. Although they arrived in what seemed like good condition, the first autumn breeze broke the stems, causing the flowers to lose their heads. They did not recover. In total, I have spent £44.95 on plants that are not worth having. My feedback, which included photos, received a bland and indifferent response. I will not be using this company again.
