Review Time
On 11th September 2025, I paid the company £19.98 for some winter-flowering pansy plants. They never bloomed. Then, on 29th September 2025, I spent £24.97 for two baskets of winter-flowering pansies. Although they arrived in what seemed like good condition, the first autumn breeze broke the stems, causing the flowers to lose their heads. They did not recover. In total, I have spent £44.95 on plants that are not worth having. My feedback, which included photos, received a bland and indifferent response. I will not be using this company again.
I have not received my order from months ago. It was damaged in transit and returned without notification. I had to reach out twice for updates. They were helpful and said another would be sent, but I still haven't received any delivery notice.
The company provided a good service, but unfortunately, the delivery service they used let us down by damaging the plant package on delivery, stating it was 'damaged beyond repair.' We are not satisfied with the delivery service and have decided not to reorder, opting for a refund instead.
