I purchased a garden table cover from this online shop and the box was ripped on receipt and the cover was ripped in multiple places near the drawstrings when received. I have tried contacting both garden leisure shop and chiminea shop their sister site multiple times by email and Facebook messenger, as they have no contact phone number, to try and arrange a return and refund but I have had no response. The website clearly states to return an item you have to contact customer services which is a load of rubbish if they don’t bother to reply. I recommend you do not purchase from this shop unless you want to lose your money.
