I placed an order and made the payment, but nothing happened. After two weeks of silence, I received an automatic email stating that the item had been refunded due to lack of stock. I waited a month and saw that the website showed 140 items in stock, so I decided to place a new order. After a week, I followed up for an update and got another automated response saying there was still no stock. It's a waste of time and effort. There’s no communication, the website isn't updated, and based on the reviews, it seems many others have had negative experiences as well.
