Regardless of the negative views, overall I think this company are good! I ordered a bike shed over the Xmas break, ordering and payment were easy, as you'd expect, the only negative is I didn't recieve any updates as to where the parcel was in the shipping process, nor did the courier service update things there end. I recieved my package a week after ordering (which was over the Xmas break) which is really impressive. The goods recieved were built to a good standard, however upon checking all parts (alot of parts) I noticed I was missing 4 struts. I emailed Customer Service and they were very helpful and had the missing parts shipped over to me as high priority. The shed itself was tricky to erect, and advise to read the instructions prior to building as it offers some useful tips and recommended PPE. Overall a good experience, would I order from them again....Yes. Would I recommend them.....Yes. I would of gave 5 stars if all parts were within the actual package, I recommend that the company carryout some form of quality check prior to shipping to ensure all parts needed are within the package being sent.
