I ordered a metal garden storage chest, but the parcel containing the fittings never arrived. The company insisted there was only one parcel for my order but after a few back and forth emails decided they had sent me the wrong parcel and agreed a refund. The parcel was collected for free and the refund received. I'm glad to be honest as I wouldn't have wanted to keep the chest as the metal was very flimsy, and I cut myself quite badly on the very sharp edges. So a load of hassle for nothing but at least I'm not out of pocket.
