Appalling company with no communication between staff in customer services or Evri, Their Delivery Parcel Firm.Server conveniently offline much of the time but seems to work during the night, judging by timing of Customer service emails. Contact email frequently won't send and no customer contact phone number.Am going to contact credit card company to cancel payment to them for goods ordered and refused to accept when finally delivered, which was uploaded to Evri immediately by Delivery driver, who was, at least, a rare, conscientious driver who didn't just dump Delivery on doorstep and run after taking photo.Told Evri and Garden Sanctuary to cancel Delivery as, far better, supplier on ebay with 99.7% positive reviews actually delivered alternative goods, which are excellent quality, two days earlier than stated on order.Have had to send Cease & Desist message to them to stop hassling me with messages asking how I liked the goods that I rejected. Have wasted far too much of my time attempting to get refund from Garden Sanctuary. Don't go near them with a Bargepole.
