I ordered and took delivery of a metal garden storage box, the kind you can use to keep cushions and other outdoor stuff tidied away and dry. It came quickly, was well packaged and email communication was clear and concise. Not flooded with messages very step of the way, but enough to let me know the order’s progress. The price was great value and the product was excellent quality. Loads of reviews on their website had said the metal surfaces came all scratched but they are coated with a thin plastic protective film. This did ‘look’ all scratched up but the surface was perfect once this was removed (I wonder if other customers didn’t realise you had to remove the protective film!). Instructions were clear and easy to follow and the pack even included some protective gloves with handy rubber finger-tips. Even my ham-hands were able to deal with the tiny screws, nuts and bolts with these gloves. I would highly recommend both the product and the seller as they are well worth working with and great value for such quality products.
