I ordered a garden umbrella and square base off the website. The base turned up very quickly with the umbrella following the next day.Upon receiving the umbrella package, one end was open and a strap was snapped showing rough handling during transit. When inspected there were 2 parts missing to attach to the base and screw 2 parts together.After e-mailing Garden Sanctuary, even though the fault was with the delivery company, they were quick to respond, very friendly and accommodating, and sent out the missing parts within 3 days, in time for the event I had wanted the umbrella for.I would highly recommend Garden Sanctuary and will be using them for future purchases.
