Bought several pieces off them and the last one is the most frustrating. Sent a Kamado charcoal BBQ out with no instruction manual, no idea how to build it and no idea how to use it. Long story short I was sent out a single page instruction manual for an expensive oven that doesn't even match what I have. I ordered the BBQ last year (about July) it was out of stock so didn't turn up until December, I still haven't used it...it doesn't make sense, iv either set it up wrong or it's been built wrong, as I don't have any instructions to guide me I'm reluctant to use it. Before you say go online, go on YouTube, iv done this and can't see the same BBQ as iv bought being set up or used. Contacted Garden Trends last year and the lady sent me all she had, which was not a lot.
