This has been the worst experience I've had with a company. Items were missing from my delivery, and after being told they would send them out the same day I called, I received nothing by Friday. When I followed up, they forgot to send them. I requested a refund that was supposed to be processed the same day, and I also arranged for a courier pickup, which they failed to organize. Terrible service! I will never order from here again; consider this a warning.
