I bought a small tree in 2023 and recently took it down from storage, but I accidentally broke one of its legs. I was really upset because I loved the tree. I contacted the company, not expecting a response, but they replied and offered to send me new legs. I was thrilled and truly emotional. It was my fault, but their kindness was remarkable.
