Received our 2 watches and both were faulty given inaccurate information & data. Sent email it’s bounced back not a valid address found another email eventually went through, received one back the next day telling me to reset watch & app still not correct, so asked for a full refund. I then had to go through a portal very confusing buy a returns label at a cost of £1 then had to take it to a parcel drop of point. To be on the safe side I decided I would at a cost to me off £10.25 get it special delivery and signed for. Thank god I did as it was returned to me the next day with refused on the parcel. So if I had not off done that the parcel would have gone missing. I have now done a chargeback at they don’t refund until they have watches back.
