I had a pretty good experience with this watch when I first got it about a month ago. It did exactly what I wanted and met my needs. But what really makes a product great is good customer service, and that's where they fell short for me. My cat chewed through my charging cable, and I reached out to customer service, being honest and asking if they could send me a new one. They refused, even though it probably costs them next to nothing.I paid $100 for the watch, and a new cable would cost me about $35 to ship. That's a huge turn-off for their customer service. I'm not going to buy the cable since it's 33% of the watch's total cost. I'll just get a more reliable brand next time. Maybe I shouldn't have been so honest about what happened. It's crazy what you have to go through just for being honest. So, everyone, just be aware.
