The item took too long to arrive, so as soon I got it, I returned it without even opening it. The return was authorised by Gardpro and I checked the tracking this morning, they have refused to accept the return & I have no idea why!!! I have contacted Gardpro and they have said I need to wait until they investigate this and cannot refund me until they have the item back. Their warehouse refused it and I have sent everything to them to prove I had actually returned it, but yet they are still not going to refund me. Avoid this company they will rip you off.
